Ivan Neville from the Neville musical dynasty plays piano in tribute to New Orleans' great musician, songwriter, and record producer Allen Toussaint, who passed away in the fall of 2015. Allen's last of many Jazz Fest perfomances was in 2014.

Rira Coolidge was one of the special guests of the Allen Toussaint Orchestra at Allen's tribute.

Jimmy Buffett was another special guest. Jimmy would perform on the same stage later in the day with his Coral Reefer Band.

The Soul Queen of New Orleans, Irma Thomas, also guested.
